Who we are
Phantom Labs is the software studio of Phantom Inc., based at New Baneshwor-10, Kathmandu 44600, Nepal. We are responsible for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at contact@phantom-labs.space.
What we collect
When you send us a message
The contact form asks for your name, your email address, the type of project and your message. That is all we receive. We use it to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to plan the project.
When you browse the site
We use PostHog to see which pages are useful. It records:
- the pages you view and the page that sent you here
- clicks on buttons and links, and whether the contact form was started, sent or failed
- your browser, device type and an approximate location based on your IP address
It does not record what you type into the form, and we do not record sessions. PostHog runs in cookieless mode, so nothing is stored on your device. Visits are grouped using a privacy-preserving hash created on PostHog's servers, not an identifier saved in your browser.
Why we use it
We use your contact details because you asked us to get back to you. We use analytics because we have a legitimate interest in knowing which pages help people and which don't, and we collect it in a way that does not need cookies or follow you across other sites.
Who handles it for us
A few services process data on our behalf. Some of them store it outside Nepal and the EU, including in the United States.
- PostHog: website analytics, hosted in the United States.
- Google: stores contact form submissions in Google Sheets.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email contact@phantom-labs.space and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
